We handle everything from passenger and utility vehicles to premium and sports cars. Together with Oddwork, we are now looking for a Production Planner to join our driven team.

About the Role As a Production Planner at Moberg Bil, you have ultimate responsibility for the entire vehicle preparation process – from the moment the car arrives until it is ready in the showroom. You ensure that every car goes through the correct actions in the right order to meet our quality standards and reduce lead times. Washing, reconditioning, workshop, bodywork, and painting – you keep the entire chain together and ensure nothing gets stuck unnecessarily. In addition to the internal flow, you are also responsible for external customers, from booking to the finished vehicle.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning and optimizing the flow of cars through the preparation process
• Managing bookings and communication with external customers for service and repairs
• Ordering and stocking spare parts as well as managing supplier contacts
• Ensuring all vehicles are registered and correctly set up in our system
• Ensuring rental cars are ready, washed, and fueled
• Monitoring KPIs for lead times and productivity and driving improvement initiatives
• Handling invoicing and approval of supplier invoices

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in the automotive industry, preferably in workshop, planning, or logistics
• Is accustomed to working in multiple systems simultaneously
• Is communicative and enjoys being the link between different teams and external parties
• Is solution-oriented and takes command when necessary
• Has a Class B driver's license
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
